We do not accept returns on consumable items. We only grant refunds for items that were damaged/expired at the time of delivery. Items must be purchased from seasoningsbyhoss.com to receive a refund. Please Contact Us if you received a damaged product that you purchased from our site.

If you purchased from a third-party retailer, such as a grocery store or other online retailer, and your Hoss’s Seasoning product is damaged, all returns of that product must be made in compliance with said retailer's return policy and must be returned to the location where you purchased it.
